Carol Lybeer - Project Engineer

Carol Lybeer has over nine years of experience in the environmental consulting field. She has a wide range
of experience, with an expertise in soil and groundwater remediation system troubleshooting and repair.
Ms. Lybeer has extensive field experience in soil and groundwater investigation and sampling, including
overseeing and directing the installation of over 200 groundwater monitoring wells. As an environmental
engineer, she has been the primary design engineer on two major cleanup sites under MTCA. She has served
as project manager for several petroleum remediation sites, both small (<$50,000) and large (>$450,000).
Currently, Ms. Lybeer serves as a project engineer providing engineering support and remediation design services.
