All Kane Environmental Phase I Environmental Site Assessments are performed using the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Standard E 1527-13, “Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process,” and are in compliance with "All Appropriate Inquiries" (AAI). All Phase II Environmental Site Assessments are conducted in accordance with ASTM Standard E 1903-11, “Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase II Environmental Site Assessment Process.”
